We collect information you give us directly, information generated by using the app, and some technical information collected automatically.
Information you provide to us
- Identity details — your name and surname
- Contact details — email address and mobile number
- Address information — your physical address or map location (riders), used to arrange pickups
- Driver verification details — province, device type, and a copy of your driver's license (drivers only)
- Payment information — details related to how you pay for or receive payment for trips
- Communications — messages you send us, and in-app chat between riders and drivers
Information collected automatically
- Location data — your device's location, used to match riders with nearby drivers, calculate routes, and estimate arrival times
- Device information — device model, operating system, and a unique device identifier
- Usage and trip data — journey times, routes taken, and app activity, used for scheduling, support, and driver safety
- Log data — IP address, browser type, and diagnostic/crash information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, religious, or biometric data) beyond what's described above, and we do not purchase or receive personal information about you from third parties.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your rider or driver account
- To match riders with available drivers and facilitate trips

In our current app configuration, some collected data is not encrypted at rest — we're transparent about this so you can make an informed choice about what you share.

We keep personal information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law (for example, tax or accounting record-keeping). When there's no ongoing need to keep it, we delete or anonymize it.
